Frequently Asked

The Premier Plan accepts investments from $250,000 to $1,000,000. This range allows access to institutional-grade opportunities while maintaining personalized service. For investments exceeding $1M, please inquire about our Elite Liquidity Pool.

The performance bonus is calculated based on our portfolio's performance against internal benchmarks. When our investments exceed targets, Premier investors share in the upside—earning up to an additional 3% annually (21% total). The bonus is calculated quarterly and paid at maturity along with your principal.

Premier investors receive monthly payouts to provide consistent cash flow and immediate access to returns. Your 18% annual return translates to 1.5% monthly, deposited directly to your account by the 5th of each month. This frequency is a Premier exclusive benefit.

Premier investors can request early exit with priority processing. While the standard lock-in is 12 months, we understand circumstances change. After a 90-day minimum holding period, you can request early exit. Your Relationship Manager will process the request within 30 days, subject to a modest early withdrawal adjustment.

The annual investor retreat is an exclusive 2-day event for Premier and Elite investors. It includes CEO presentations on strategy and performance, networking sessions with fellow investors, site visits to select portfolio companies, and luxury accommodations. All expenses are covered by Vardain Holdings.

Yes. Premier investors with strong payment history and investments approaching $1M may be invited to our Elite Liquidity Pool. Elite investors enjoy equity participation in portfolio companies, quarterly dividends, and exclusive privileges including luxury travel and direct holding company access.
