The Foundation Plan accepts investments starting from $5,000 up to $250,000. This range is designed to accommodate both new investors beginning their journey and those looking to diversify with a structured entry-level investment.

Your returns are calculated quarterly and transferred directly to your designated bank account within 5 business days of each quarter end. You'll receive a detailed statement with each payout summarizing your earnings and portfolio performance.

Early exit requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While the lock-in period ensures optimal returns, we understand circumstances change. Contact your Relationship Manager to discuss options, which may include partial withdrawal or adjusted terms.

Your investment agreement is officially registered with the court, providing legal protection for both parties. It includes investment terms, payout schedules, exit clauses, and all obligations. Our legal team ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your investment is protected through multiple layers: court-registered legal agreements, diversified asset allocation across multiple sectors, dedicated escrow accounts, and our 12+ year track record of consistent payouts. We prioritize capital preservation alongside returns.

At maturity, you receive your full principal amount along with your final quarterly payout. You'll be contacted 30 days before maturity to discuss your options: full withdrawal, partial withdrawal with reinvestment, or complete reinvestment with priority terms. Foundation Plan investors may also be eligible to upgrade to the Premier Plan.
